While our Dublin Registered Business Address service can be used to register with the CRO, it cannot be used to register for a VAT number. However we do have other options. Please contact us on +353 1 592-6266 or email us at inquiries@dublinoffice.ie

How do I sign up?

Ready to get on board? Great!
The signup process is very simple. The main information we need are your company details (Name, email, address, phone number, contact name), a few verification documents (A director’s photo ID, a directors corresponding bill, evidence of business incorporation or trading name – eg CRO documents) and of course the fee payment.
If you have any questions about the process, you can speak to one of our staff M-F from 9.00am – 5.30pm at +353 1 592 6266 or you can email us inquiries@dublinoffice.ie.

Now, if you have everything ready you can head on over to our sign up page here: https://dublinoffice.ie/signup

How does the service work?

Once you sign up, whenever you receive mail at our address, depending on your choice we can either automatically scan and email the mail to you, hold on to it for pickup, or forward it on to you (at your expense).
When mail is scanned and forwarded, you can have the original saved for either pickup or forwarding, or we can securely shred it for you.
If you request that mail be forwarded, we will collate and forward at an agreed-upon timeframe (usually monthly), and postage is deducted from a pre-paid balance.

Is this a POBox or a real address?

A Dublin Registered Business Address is a real physical address and not a POBox. Our manned reception receives mail on your behalf in person, so any queries from the delivery service can be dealt with immediately and on the spot.

Where is your office located?

We are located in the heart of Dublin city in the Dublin 2 area.

Our address is 09/10 Fenian Street, Dublin 2, D02RX24

Why am I being charged VAT?

As our service relates to immovable property in Ireland ( Revenue Link ) we, like all Virtual Office providers, are obliged to charge VAT worldwide.
